I looked into the problems with email feedback, and it appears that users with yahoo or btopenworld email addresses are not always getting their email from us. This is being investigated further, but in the meantime you should still (all) be able to check your feedback by looking at the online feedback page. We do delay feedback, so don't expect it to appear immediately. All the best,
