If you are having trouble trying to submit, even though you are logged on, here are things you can try:
1. Check that your computer allows cookies. We need them to track your login from page to page so we can record your submission against your account.
2. Try closing the browser and reopening it, and logging in again. Sometimes there are cache problems.
3. If all else fails try clearing your browser cache. This is a nuclear option!
