Registration

If you have registered and have not received a temporary password you should request a new password by using the link http://www.cipher.maths.soton.ac.uk/user/password If you still do not receive a reply you may have entered your email address incorrectly on the form and in that case you will need to register again. After that the account is deleted. If you are unable to register again because the system claims that the email address is already registered then you have either entered it incorrectly again, or, more likely, you got it right first time and our emails to you are not getting through. In that case you may need to talk to your email provider to find out why not. You can either register with a different email address or wait until the problem is solved, and the old account is automatically deleted by our system so you can re-register with that email address.
