As with the first round Challenge 3 part B carries points for speed. Accuracy is more important so don't rush it, but be as fast as you can. You have until midnight on Thursday to get full points. If you think you have made a mistake you can correct it yourself and resubmit, but bear in mind that you are not allowed to submit too often (check the rules page if you are unsure what this means). For reasons that we do not entirely understand the "Teacher Contact" field on the registration form has not been appearing where it should and as a result it has not been completed by a lot of you. We think it is fixed now and you should be able to log in and edit your registration as follows:
Step 1: Log in using your username and password.
Step 2: Click on the "My account" at the top left of the page.
Step 3: Click on the "Edit" tab in the middle of the page.
Step 4: Click on the "Contact information" link underneath the "Edit" tab.
Step 5: Enter the name of a teacher or parent we can contact if you win. Please ask their permission first!
Step 6: Click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
Please do fill this information in as soon as you can. This is also the process for updating or changing other aspects of your account like the password.

If you have registered and have not received a temporary password you should request a new password by using the link

If you still do not receive a reply you may have entered your email address incorrectly on the form and in that case you will need to register again. First check that our replies are not buried in your junk mail somewhere (putting the email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. in your email address book is a good idea). We send out three reminders over several days so at least one should have got through. After that the account is deleted.
If you are unable to register again because the system claims that the email address is already registered then you have either entered it incorrectly again, or, more likely, you got it right first time and our emails to you are not getting through. In that case you may need to talk to your email provider to find out why not. You can either register with a different email address or wait until the problem is solved, and the old account is automatically deleted by our system so you can re-register with that email address.
